Our Policy

At Rulehim.com we highly appreciate our clients. We gladly accept all returns on all purchases meeting the guidlelines mentioned below. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibilty and is not free. Fill out the return form and send it to us. So if you are not satisfied with the fit, quality, size, or any other reason then send it back to us. We also try to deliver products that are free from defects. We will gladly replace defective items or issue a refund for any defective item you wish to return. 

Guidelines

Ɵ All packages must be received within 14 days from the shipping date.
Ɵ Tags must be attached to the product. 
Ɵ Exchanges are accepted on the same item only for a different size or color if available in stock. (within 14 days of shipping.)
Ɵ If returning an item. We will refund the total price paid less shipping fees paid by us & any discounts due to promotions. If you received free shipping under a certain promotion, you will be charged shipping in case returning the item removes the promotions' conditions.  
Ɵ Swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, sale items, vintage, and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless defective.
Ɵ All refunds would be made to the same credit card used upon placing the order.
Ɵ Final Sale items are non returnable/ non exchangeable
Ɵ All accessories and sequin items are final sale.

To Return or Exchange an Item

Before mailing in any packages to us, please read our return and exchange guideline to avoid delays. Fill out the return form on the back of your invoice. Retain your original order invoice for your records.

Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the completed Return Form and Customs Documents (if applicable). Drop off the labeled package at the nearest USPS. Click Here to find the post Office closest to you.
